Got Her Toes Done Up With Her Fingernails Matchin'...


The title for this post was inspired by Kid Sister's song Pro Nails. She's a rapper from Chicago and I was lucky enough to see her perform at Millenium Park earlier this summer. I've had that song stuck in my head for a long time now and every time I see a nail polish or design that catches my attention, the song starts playing in my head...ahhh!!

It's getting easier and more convenient to mani and padi your own nails. I don't like to get acrylics or gels anymore so I have turned to alternate ways of making my nails look nice without paying so much.

There are a few companies that make precut nail adhesives with gorgeous and fun designs on them that are easy to apply and shape into your own nail. I personally haven't tried any yet and am soo eager to do so! One of my best friends works at Sephora and she was wearing Sephora by OPI Chic Print for Nails adhesives a few weeks ago. They looked flawless and lasted her about two weeks...(you can just rub or peel them off when you want). They retail for about $15/pack for 16 patches. I plan on making a trip to Sephora next week and will pick these up to further and more accurately review them. Have any of you tried these or another brand?

    irecently heard about those adhensives..i kind of have my doubts but maybe i should give it a go since my nail polishes only last about a day or so!!

    I LOVE the zebra print nail! Looks gorgeous! I've never tried these thingys cause I bite my nails but they are growing now and I've finally stopped! :D Good luck on reaching 50 followers! xxx
